Taking Responsibility: Rueben starts Demai training regime (04-11-2402)

Having finished his Diplomatic Training and returned to Tel Aviv, Rueben had finally managed to round up enough of the lower level Demai operatives to start his training camp.  The goal of the camp would be rather simple, focussing mainly on getting the Meta-human operatives to full Channeler status, a process that Rueben invisioned would probably take a little more than a week.  Once this was done, he would then go on to devise a new round of training.

Outcome: Demai Training camp has been started.
