Conversing with Chaos: Serai has a talk with Khaaos (20-03-2403)

As the young Psionic sat in his room at the hotel within Vestele, he powered his form down completely and began to meditate in an attempt to secure a link with his companion soul, Khaaos.  This task took some time, but Serai was eventually able to secure an audience and speak with the guardian soul which resided within him.

“Greetings Khaaos.”  He opened formally, causing the guardian to reply in kind.

“Greetings to you, Serai.”  He sounded.

“First, I should thank you for choosing me as your host, but it seems that we haven’t really synchronised yet... I feel that there is still a lot more power that you have to offer me... that you’re holding back.”  Serai replied, drawing great amusement from Khaaos.

“Is that the case?”  The entity replied now with further amusement.  “I give you all the power that you are capable of wielding, it is up to you how you utilise this power, Serai.”  He replied now, causing Serai to become slightly annoyed.

“Really... So what is your purpose and what do you wish of me?”  Serai moved on, causing Khaaos further amusement.

“I am a guardian of Gaia, and the combat coordinator of the Guardians... my purpose, as yours, is simple and has been set out before us.  We simply seek the destruction of those would seek to end our race.”  Khaaos explained plainly.

“Okay, and if we’re going to do this, I will need more power.”  Serai went back now.  “You must teach me how to fully utilise the power which you have given me, to allow me to fulfil my destiny and become as strong as possible... I need the full power of Khaaos!”  Serai replied sternly.

“You are indeed an interesting host...”  Khaaos laughed now.

“So will you train me then?”  Serai inquired, causing Khaaos to shrug.

“Very well, I see no harm in it.”  Khaaos replied.  “Your lessons will start right now.”

Outcome: Serai is learning to better utilise Khaaos.
