Tundra
[B2]
|
Following an odd energy
fluctuation in Osiire, and
entity was spotted roaming
the Fled tundra in a
disoriented state. The
entity had been rather
peaceful, but an encounter
with a small roaming
Benreivi clan has driven in
to violence for the first
time. This clan was
subsequently wiped out by
what is rumored to be a
single attack from the
entity.
At
present, the entity does no
pose a threat to the Erworne
clan and the remaining
Benreivi clans are steering
clear of it.

With
space being a constant issue
as the Itami Royal Family
attempts to accommodate the
Japanese citizens which have
been absorbed into that
clan, a group of ambitious
Itami residents have set out
put a stop to Seiryuu's
constant assaults on this
area, in hopes that it can
be used for residential
space.
There
plan has been met with mixed
receptions, and the Itami
Royal Family has not yet
commented on the situation,
preventing the clan from
taking official action to
aid or stop this trio if
Itamis. The group is
employing unique Matagamas
to boost their natural
abilities in hopes that it
will allow them to combat
Seiryuu's power, however
they have reached the limits
of their abilities and have
still not yet reached
Seiryuu.

Russia
[C17]
|
A well
known Russian mob associate
has been having a problem as
of late, one which he has
not been able to solve
himself due to his combat
ineptitude or gain police
assistance in dealing with
due to his generally shady
lifestyle.
This
Russian accountant is in
charge of the mob's more
questionable funds, storing
them in a private and
extremely secure vault.
Unfortunately, due to the
switch from credits to
cores, his large vault has
been attracting some
particularly ravenous
D'lanns. These
financial parasites need to
be dealt with.

Satellite studies of the
small island had revealed a
unique energy source, which
is thought to be generated
by an arcane artefact,
however it appears that this
artefact is being guarded by
an entity that is
approaching the Perfect
Tier.
Further
scans have shown that
despite it's power output,
the creature's lifestyle
seems to suggesting that it
is not of high intelligence,
suggesting that it can be
outwitted by weaker
channelers.

Nu

Location

Taiwan
[E20]
|
Not one
to be left out of the
current technological trend
of non-channeler
enhancements, the man who
could be considered the
pioneer of this technology,
Alexander Drago, has
unveiled a new project.
The Project goes by the code
named Nu, and is in the form
of an adolescent 'human'
male. This youngster
has been built from the
ground up to be able to take
on mid level Boss tier
channelers with out any
astral based ether
manipulation abilities,
constituting a rather
powerful "Power User".
The
youngster who 'lives' in
Taiwan is now accepting all
challenges and Alexander
Drago is offering a unique
'upgrade' to any channeler
the can defeat the young
boy.

[B8]
|
An
offshoot of the Dregonus
Royal Family, who has taken
up residence in the western
city of Celsia has long had
the reputation for powerful
psychics and phenomenal
clairvoyance. The
newest heir to the family
name, a young woman by the
name of Verti, is offering
her services for a small
fee.
For a
mere 50 Cores, she is
willing to mentally locate
any treasure on the planet
and provide potential
questors with information on
potential resistance which
they will be met by during
their pursuit of these
treasures. Questors
need to be extremely
specific in their requests,
as the wider the criteria,
the more likely such a
treasure will be to exist.

Jaegard
[D15]
|
A
creature identified as a
Sapient has been spotted
within the roaming lands of
Jaegard and travellers have
reported being harassed by
this entity. None have
been able to report exactly
how they were harassed or
what actually happened as
the events seemed to have
been wiped from their minds.
This is
particularly odd as Sapients
have not been reported to be
menaces until now, something
seems amiss.

by channelers but they are
warned to beware of the
Heiarch fragment lurking on
the island. It should
be noted that only a

Bounty Hunters' Network
|
|
Location
|

|
The new underground network,
calling itself, 'BHN', has
officially been launched.
Here, individuals can send
in a sum of money, which
will be given to the first
applicant to complete the
parameters that they
specify. All current
bounties are listed on the
network, and can be viewed
by anyone with access.
Access is universally
granted at this time.
Current Bounties:
Kanrei Anryu - This
Terran born channeler of
English origins grew up in
Greenland before a phasic
disturbance shunted him to
the Oyan nation of Osiire.
Kanrei then had an Oyan
upbringing, being raised by
a member of the Dregonus
Royal family and being
taught how to maintain the
Celestial Gate housed in the
Fate Walk.
Unfortunately, unlike the
Dregonus clan who are
naturally resistant to
corruption by the
Celestials, Kanrei's form
has been badly poisoned by
he energy of these
extra-dimensional beings,
making it extremely
unstable. The
channeler, who possesses
strong reality warping
abilities has since fled
Osiire in search of
assistance with his
condition. The
Dregonus Royal Family is
requesting that he be
neutralised and returned
safely to them so that they
can treat his condition.
